I uploaded this to DA but I'll put it here too - I only uploaded it there cos I think it's a pretty good sketch. I wanna do a full illustration for the Russian fairytale "The Firebird" cos I loves it so much. Ivan Tsarevitch is such a SISSY but I love him. Russian fairytales rock so much.

Thinky thinky, Savvy turned me on t Islamic djinni and such, so after doing lots of research I was all psyched to have a djinn character too :p She's a water-variety, which is an amusing contraditction because apparently djinn are made of smokeless flame. Hmmm? Also, random sexy foxgirl.

So yesterday I had to do another book promo thing and even though I didn't sell ANYTHING I got to talk to interesting people and I met this one really sweet girl named Masha who also does artsy things :3 After chatting she showed me her work and actually gave me some! I wish I would've had something to give her at the time for it back.. because omg it was so sweet of her ;_; She gave me a drawing she did of Dumbledore and also a little elf/fairy. So fucking sweet. It made my day so much!! That was one thing hat I kinda liked about these lame book promos, is that I got to meet some interesting people. The day before, I ended up talking about theology and religion with some lady and it was pretty neat. People ARE interesting, and amazing, but my god I wish I wasn't terrified of them :C

Lawls so I was thinking about putting Sergei as an adult in this one story I have in my head, which is more sci-fi and such. He's russian obviously (not me blatantly stalking russian boy in my classes NO WAY) and so is Nedyenka, except Nedyenka is nuts :D I don't even know if that russian is right and frankly I don't care~

SOOO I decided a long time ago that Solais has more than one child to Ivan. I figured she also has twin girls, and then recently I figured they would have one more son. Misha (Miichaiel, full name) is obviously the most important because he is the oldest by far, is blind, and also a VERY spiritual person and the only one of the kids who has fully functional wings. I am not sure of the full age gaps but Misha is at least a pre-teen when the sisters are born, because he needed a lot of care, being born blind to two inexperienced young parents. :D Svetlan and Nesta (Nadiyzhda, full name) come after, and take more after daddy obviously. Sergei was thrown in later :> Well, I may not use him or the sister at ALL in the story, cos well, when Solais has Misha he becomes the key character. I might use Sergei in another story too XD He is based off of a guy in one of my classes :D yay!

Yeah, Ivan and Solais are a multiracial couple so they have some oddly colored kids o.O;

and zomg MOAR RHYS because i am fucking obsessed with him ;_; this is him older. like maybe in his early 30s. i admit i can't draw people who look older than 21 or younger than 70 so stfu :/
still, i have this obsession with him, cos he's so interesting and dorky and cute and I FUCKING LOVE GINGER BOYS ARGH!

Something I've been thinking about for yeeeeeeeeeerz, a scene from my story which of course involves a goddamn royal ball. I've been all about the outfit things lately so I finally drew up a sketch of Solais in a pretty ballgown-type-thing. I imagine it a nice scarlet color with gold. And Rhys freaking out at her showing some cleavage :x As if she has much to show.



My markers SUCK and I tried to marker a quick bust of Axel but of course most of them are dried out and I lack the colors I need to color things with my current color sensibility c_c Still, this is the first time in years I've gotten an ok approximation of Axel! YAY!


MOAR RHYS because I am for some reason really obsessed with him currently. He is sooo cute and stuff. He is really sweet and kinda ditzy but very well-meaning with a childish sense 0f justice and fairness and the proper way the world should work. LOL Aysha called him a 'man-child' c__c; He's not totally braindead, he's just kind of sheltered, and one of those people who always maintain that is good in the world no matter what he goes through. He is very charming, really, if you like cute ditzy ginger boys. Another attempt to draw him in a coat like I imagine. I like this best!

WAAGGH I just finished my first gallery show opening! It was fun but OMG SO MUCH WORK. I got some good compliments and discussion and of course having cute boys talk to me about my art is always good :D I will maybe have some pictures soon. Or not,i n case I don't have any.

Anyway, I guess I should update more often but I have been doing more finished work and not so many sketches. I figure I should put something up now for all 2 of you that visit :D


So this is Rhys-outfit-thing number one, very casual and kind of saucy in a way :P How scandalous. His country is sort of conservative and so this is a bit less clothing than one would wear normally. But thats just kinda how he is for awhile :P I love his smile... he's so cute. Have I ever mentioned I love ginger boys?


OH GOD Rhys looks like a pirate :C I wanted a more conservative look now for him, where I thought a long coat would be good but damit. I like it though, though I was thinking maybe I want it to look more Russian? I was thinking his land is something like a mix of scandanavian and slavic anyway.

That all for right now, I am trying to do a lot ofoutfit stuff cos it's a lot of fun BUT I feel guilty like I should be doing more portfolio pieces. But.. I really want to make OUTFITS. And draw people ;.; I luff my characters so much I could explode. I wish more people understood all this @_@;

Yo, muhfukkaz. I haven't posted in a looooong time. Bad me, bad me. It's not that I haven't been drawing, oh no, I just don't have much to post cos a lot of what I have been doing is uhm, innappropriate or rather big and still in the works atm. I am also SICK and it is pissing me off because I hate being sick, I can't get ANYTHING done because I have to sit here blowing my nose every 5 seconds and have my sinuses BURN.

The hotel outside~ which is right across from the beach! It was a wonderful little hotel, very clean and SO providing! Free cookies 24 hours a day!


Overlooking the beach *_* There were cliffs over all the beach so you either had to walk about half a mile to get to flat ground or climb down the cliffside to get to the beach.

the ocean *_* i have never been to the oceanside before this so it was a wonderful treat. The ocean is GORGEOUS and this is the Pacific ocean of course which didn't smell bad at all though it tastes terrible.

I hope you enjoyed~ Looking at the pictures makes me feel all depressed and yet really warm and fuzzy at the same time. I miss my new friends and I miss the lovely weather and the beach and all, but all the same I get a very nice feeling from having done this.

I will also have sketches at... some point or another in the future, I have found the love of a moleskine sketchbook + micron pen *_* sketchy sketchy~
